• Build a storage cabinet at the entrance.
• Remove the kitchen rental table, mirror in the restroom, and lights above the restroom sink.
• Install hanging cabinets (eco-friendly version) in the kitchen.
• Install base cabinets (eco-friendly version) in the kitchen.
• Install stone countertops and sink in the kitchen.
• Install mirror cabinet and artificial stone countertop sink cabinet in the restroom.
• Install white aluminum ceiling and LED lights in the kitchen and restroom.
• Install stone countertop for the windowsill.
• Provide and install shower screen.
5. Plumbing and Electrical Works
• Remove existing plumbing connections for the kitchen sink, restroom sink, and washing machine, and reinstall them in their original positions after installing new cabinets.
• Provide and install 13A electrical outlets.
• Provide labor and install ceiling lighting.
